Kristin Assaad Andersen is a determined firebrand, entrepreneur, commercial lawyer, podcaster and presenter. She paves the way for innovative legal help as founder of the innovative company, LegalUp, as well as self-development and motivating and inspiring others through LevelUp Podcast and LevelUp Community. She is the woman behind several successful initiatives, and is a great advocate and inspiration for women (and men) and entrepreneurs to follow their dreams and visions. Over the past decade, Kristin Assaad has made her mark in the male-dominated legal industry as well as the entrepreneurial industry. After her busy studies at Aalborg University, where she started several of her projects, she made her vision a reality and founded LegalUp in 2018. In addition to being the CEO and founder of LegalUp, Kristin is today the woman behind, among other things, the immigration legal aid, the entrepreneur legal aid, LevelUp Podcast and LevelUp Community, and in addition she is also a board member and advisory board member in several organizations and companies, including Kvindelige Jurister, The academics' A-kasse and more. Kristin's passion for making a difference and helping others well on their way to their entrepreneurial dreams is the foundation for her many initiatives and dedicated work ethic, which in 2021 also got her on the Berling Talent 100, which is a list of the most promising talents in Denmark business life, just as over the years she has, among other things, been nominated for North Jutland's most inspiring woman, Legal 500 and more. Kristin is driven by her WHY, and it is part of everything she does.

In addition to her mark in the business world, it is close to Kristin's heart to uplift others and articulate the message of dreaming big and believing in yourself. For her, it has not been a cakewalk to get to where she is today. Kristin is what you would call a "dandelion child", and has had odds against her during her childhood that few can relate to. Today, she is therefore an advocate for not letting one's future be defined by her upbringing, and is living proof of just that.

The fighter gene has proven to be a necessity for her, as she often moves on untouched ground and throws herself into projects that most people hold back from, including both within the tech world, the legal world and not least as an entrepreneur. The many experiences and learnings Kristin has gained through life and through her career, as well as her passion for motivating and inspiring others, mean that she has a lot on her mind, which she happily talks about. She has given several presentations and stood on big stages talking about topics such as diversity, entrepreneurship, legal professional topics, legaltech, as well as her personal and professional journey. Kristin is ethnically Danish and Lebanese, but was born and raised in Aalborg in Denmark as well as being educated at Aalborg University. She lived in Beirut from 2008-2011, where she worked as a brand manager for Bestseller in the Middle East, but moved back to Denmark, where she began her legal education and soon after her legal career. In 2019, Kristin moved from Aalborg to Copenhagen, and in 2022 she decided to move to Dubai, where she is based today and can run all her digital companies and projects from.
